Relaxation Prepartion



 Comfortable clothes during the practice select a quiet place for meditating. Choose a place that is well ventilated and is not completely dark. Soft light is best if you sit on a chair, be easy and erect. Make sure your feet touch the floor what matters is the feeling it brought you. Before you start relaxation, think of a recent incident that has brought you happiness sitting on the floor in any comfortable Yoga or quoga posture.  Rest your hands on your knees.Make sure there will be no distractions for  time.
