No dark soft light


If you sit on a chair be easy and erect make sure your feet touch the floor. Rest your hands on your knees. Wear loose comfortable clothes during the practice. Make sure there will be no distractions for some time.It doesn’t matter how trivial the incident was, what matters is the feeling it brought you.choose a place that is well ventilated and is not completely dark soft light is best sitting on the floor in any comfortable yoga or quoga posture  Before you start relaxation, think of a recent incident that has brought you happiness.
